  • Q: Do I need to be an artist to join?
A: Not at all! My workshops are for anyone curious about exploring creativity. No prior art experience is needed—just a willingness to play, experiment, and see where the process takes you.

    Q: Is this art therapy?
A: No—what I offer is not art therapy. Art therapy is a clinical practice provided by licensed professionals to support mental health treatment. My classes and workshops are creative experiences for reflection, mindfulness, and self-discovery—not clinical therapy.

Q: What can I expect in a workshop?
A: Each workshop is a mix of guided prompts, intuitive exploration, and plenty of space to create in your own way. I provide inspiration and structure, but the process is open-ended so your artwork becomes uniquely yours.

    Q: What if I don’t like what I create?
A: That’s completely normal! Often the most meaningful insights come from unexpected or “messy” moments. The focus is on the experience, not the final product.

Q: Do I need to bring my own supplies?
A: It depends on the workshop. Some include all materials, and others provide a supply list so you can use what you already have at home. Details will always be listed in the class description.

Q: Can this help with stress or anxiety?
A: Many people find that creative practices bring calm, joy, and a sense of grounding. However, these experiences are not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment. If you are looking for professional support, please reach out to a licensed therapist.

Q: Who usually joins your classes?
A: I welcome adults of all ages who are seeking more creativity, reflection, and connection in their lives. Some come to recharge, others to explore their intuition, and many simply want to enjoy the process of making art together.
